Senior lecturer and a Consultant in the private and corporate sector for the past 36 years in Organisational Change, Management, Strategic Planning and Futures. Currently Managing Director of IIBT, an International Institution of Business and Technology.
PROFESSOR Ian Rouse:  PhD, B.Sc., Grad.Dip.Hlth.Sci.
Deputy Chairman
Dean of the College of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at the Fiji National University. He has been involved in numerous public health, epidemiology and health promotion projects over the past 34 years.
Dr Garry Tester:  PhD, M.Ed, M.PE, B.Ed, Dip Phys.Ed, Dip. Teach.
Chief Executive Officer
Garry has 30 years experience in primary, secondary and tertiary institutions. Twenty-five years research in the school environment and 20 years consultancy with the corporate sector. He has also had 15 years’ experience working with elite sporting groups in a Sports Science capacity. Completed a 9-year longitudinal study into organisational change and is Adjunct Professor in the School of Sports Science, Exercise and Health at the University of Western Australia.
MISS JENNIFER CLAY:
Hon. Financial Controller, IT Manager/Director
Jennifer is the Managing Director of two successful IT Companies: JH Computer Services and Service West in Western Australia. She brings to the organisation some 30 years’ experience in the corporate IT industry. Jennifer also volunteers her time to be actively involved in the daily running of the Sports Challenge office in a Mentoring and Coaching role and to assist in the running of programs throughout Australia.
